Description:

Each box contains a total of four stickers—two rectangular and two circular. The rectangular stickers are meant to be placed on the front hood and rear mudguard of the bike, while the circular stickers are for the helmet. In case of an unfortunate accident, anyone present at the scene—be it a bystander, ambulance driver, or police—can scan the sticker and immediately inform the rider’s family and friends with photos/videos of the incident.All locations—QR owner, family, ambulance, and trauma center—appear live on a single map and are connected to each other. This enables timely medical and other assistance, which can potentially save the rider's life.

Scan:

•  The sticker can be scanned using the “Nek Insaan” app or any scanner (like Paytm, GPay, etc.).

•  Upon scanning, in the case of an accident or illegal parking, the scanner gets a choice to initiate a call.

In Case of Accident:

• Upon clicking the accident option, the phone's back camera opens, allowing the person to capture a photo or video of the incident.

•  Once the photo or video is captured, it is automatically displayed with an alert siren on the phone screens of the vehicle owner and their emergency contacts—even if the phones are locked. A call is simultaneously connected to the vehicle owner and all emergency contacts via a virtual number.

•  An encrypted video call feature is available to view the accident site live.

•  The photo/video received includes the date, time, and location of the scan, along with a “Call Back” button for the vehicle owner or emergency contacts to connect with the scanning person if needed.

•  All involved parties—vehicle owner, emergency contacts, ambulance, and trauma center—are shown live on the same map and connected to each other for quicker and better support to the victim.

• After the scanning person's call ends, emergency helpline popups (Police, Ambulance, Fire, NHAI) appear on their mobile screen for additional assistance.

In Case of Illegal Parking:

If the vehicle is parked in a no-parking zone or is blocking others, the police or anyone else can scan the sticker to alert the vehicle owner in time. In this case, the siren alert and photo/video are sent only to the owner’s contacts. The rest of the process remains the same as above.

IVR Call:

Each sticker has an emergency helpline number and a unique extension code. In case of no internet or smartphone, these numbers can be dialed using any regular keypad phone to connect to the vehicle owner and their emergency contacts simultaneously.

इसके एक बॉक्स में कुल चार स्टिकर होते हैं जिसमें दो आयताकार तथा दो गोल हैं। आयताकार स्टिकरों को बाईक के आगे हुड व पीछे मडगार्ड पर जबकि गोल स्टिकर को हेलमेट पर चिपकाया जाता है। दुर्भाग्यवश बाईक के दुर्घटनाग्रस्त होने की स्थिति में दुर्घटना स्थल पर मौजूद कोई भी व्यक्ति / एम्बुलेंस चालक अथवा पुलिस द्वारा स्टिकर को स्कैन कर तत्काल ही फोटो/वीडियो सहित आपके परिजनों एवं मित्रों को एक साथ दुर्घटना की जानकारी दी जा सकती हइसमें QR ऑनर, फेमिली, एम्बुलेंस व ट्रामा सेंटर आदि सभी की लोकेशन एक ही मैप पर लाइव हो जाती है और वे आपस में कनेक्ट हो जाते हैं जिससे समय पर पीडित को उचित चिकित्सीय तथा अन्य सर्वोत्तम सहायता प्राप्त होने से उसके जीवन की रक्षा संभव हो जाती है।

स्कैन :

•  इस स्टिकर को नेक इंसान एप अथवा किसी भी स्कैनर (जैसे Paytm, GPay आदि) से स्कैन किया जा सकता है।

•  स्टिकर को स्कैन करने पर दुर्घटना की स्थिति या गलत पार्किंग की स्थिति में कॉल करने की च्वाइस मिलती है।

दुर्घटना की स्थिति में :

•  की च्वाइस पर क्लिक करते ही मोबाइल का बैंक केमरा खुल जाता है और आप घटना स्थल की फोटो अथवा वीडियो बना सकते हैं।

•  फोटो अथवा वीडियो बनाते ही वाहन स्वामी और उसके परिजनों के मोबाइल पर एक अलर्ट साइरन के साथ फोटो अथवा वीडियो मोबाइल लॉक होने पर भी स्वतः डिस्प्ले हो जाता है और आपकी कॉल एक वर्चुअल नम्बर द्वारा वाहन स्वामी व उसके इमर्जेंसी सभी नम्बरों पर एक साथ कनेक्ट हो जाती है। इसमें दुर्घटना स्थल को लाइव देखने के लिये एन्क्रिप्टेड वीडियो कॉल की सुविधा भी है।

•  वाहन स्वामी व उसके इमर्जेंसी नम्बरों पर प्राप्त फोटो/वीडियो पर स्कैन का दिनांक व समय एवं लोकेशन के साथ-साथ एक कॉल बैंक का बटन भी प्राप्त होता है जिससे वो आवश्यकतानुसार स्कैन करने वाले व्यक्ति से सम्पर्क कर सकते हैं।

•  वाहन स्वामी व उसके इमर्जेंसी कॉन्टेक्ट, एम्बुलेंस व ट्रामा सेंटर एक साथ एक ही मैप पर लाइव हो जाते हैं और वे आपस में कनेक्ट हो जाते हैं जिससे समय पर पीडित को उचित चिकित्सीय तथा अन्य सर्वोत्तम सहायता प्राप्त होने से उसके जीवन की रक्षा संभव हो जाती है।
स्कैन करने वाले व्यक्ति की कॉल डिस्कनेक्ट होते ही उसकी मोबाइल स्कीन पर इमर्जेंसी हेल्पलाइन जैसे पुलिस, एम्बुलेंस, फायर, एनएचएआई का पॉपअप आ जाता है जिसको क्लिक कर आवश्यकतानुसार मदद ली जा सकती है।

गलत पार्किंग की स्थिति में:

यदि आपकी कार नो पार्किंग जोन में अथवा अन्य वाहनों के रास्ते में खड़ी है तब भी इस स्टिकर के माध्यम से पुलिस अथवा किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा समय पर सचेत / सूचित किया जा सकता है। इस स्थिति में साइरन अलर्ट एवं फोटो/वीडियो के साथ सिर्फ वाहन स्वामी के नम्बरों पर जाती है। शेष फ्लो ऊपर के अनुसार ही रहता है।

IVR कॉल :

स्टिकर में एक इमर्जेंसी हेल्पलाइन नम्बर व प्रत्येक स्टिकर का एक्सटेंशन नम्बर लिखा होता है। नेट न होने या स्मार्ट फोन न होने की स्थिति में किसी भी कीपेड वाले सामान्य फोन से भी इन नम्बरों पर डायल कर वाहन स्वामी व उसके इमर्जेंसी नम्बरों से एक साथ उसी प्रकार से कॉल की जा सकती है।
