Open App/Website & Scan to Call

Get started quickly by launching the Nek Insan App and using the Scan to Call feature. This lets you instantly connect with the person linked to a QR sticker placed on a vehicle or helmet.

Open the "Nek Insan" App or Website on your mobile device

Navigate to the bottom menu and tap on "Scan to Call"

Scan the QR sticker on the car, bike, or helmet

✓

Stickers can be scanned using the Nek Insan App or any QR scanner (Paytm, GPay, etc.)

Select Option: Emergency or Wrong Parking

After scanning the Nek Insan QR sticker, you'll be prompted to choose the reason for initiating the contact. This ensures quick and relevant action in real-time.

Select a post-scan option: Emergency or Wrong Parking

Choose the option that best describes the current situation

For emergencies, your phone’s back camera will activate to capture a photo or video of the scene

Capture Photo or Video

After selecting "Emergency" or "Wrong Parking", you'll be prompted to document the situation. You can either take a quick photo or record a short video using your device's back camera.

Instant Alert Notifications

Once the photo or video has been captured, it immediately triggers an alert. An alert siren sounds on the mobile device of the sticker owner and their family members. At the same time, your call is connected via a virtual number to the sticker owner and all listed emergency contacts.

Easy Connect

Once the call from the scanner is disconnected, a popup immediately appears on their device showing emergency helpline numbers like Police, Ambulance, Fire Department, and NHAI. At the same time, the sticker owner and their emergency contacts receive the photo/video along with the time and GPS location of the incident. A "Call Back" button is provided to reconnect with the scanner if needed.
