Open App SCAN TO CALL

Open the "Nek Ninsan" App: Start by launching the application on your device.
Initiate the Scan: Navigate to the bottom of the app to find the "Scan to Call" option.
After selecting "Scan to Call", scan the Nek Insan QR sticker placed on the car, bike, or helmet.
These stickers can be scanned by Nek Insan App or by any other scaner (like Paytm, GPay etc.).

Select Option Emergency Or Wrong Parking

Choose a Post-Scanning Action: Once the scanning process is complete, you'll be presented with two options:
• Emergency
• Wrong Parking
Select one of these options based on the situation.
As soon as you click on the accident option, the back camera of the mobile opens and you can take a photo or video of the incident site.

Capture Photo or Video

After choosing either "Emergency" or "Wrong Parking", you'll have the choice to either
• Capture a Video
• Take a Photo
Choose the most appropriate option for the situation.

Alert Siren Send the Media

After selecting either the image or video option, As soon as the photo or video is made, the photo or video opens with an alert sound on the mobile of the skiter owner and his family members and your call gets connected simultaneously to the sticker owner and all his emergency numbers through a virtual number.

Call Establish Direct Contact

As soon as the call of the person scanning is disconnected, a popup of emergency helplines like Police, Ambulance, Fire, NHAI appears on his mobile screen, which can be clicked to get help as required. Along with the time and location of the scan on the photo/video received by the sticker owner and his emergency numbers, a call back button is also available through which one can contact the person doing the scan as per the need.

Initiate the Scan: Navigate to the bottom of the app to find the "Scan to Call" option.
After selecting "Scan to Call", scan the Nek Insan QR sticker placed on the car, bike, or helmet.
These stickers can be scanned by Nek Insan App or by any other scaner (like Paytm, GPay etc.).

Capture Photo or Video

After completing the scanning process, you'll be presented with options to:
• Click a Photo
• Record a Video
Depending on the situation, select the most suitable option.

After selecting either the image or video option, As soon as the photo or video is made, the photo or video opens with an alert sound on the mobile of the skiter owner and your call gets connected simultaneously to the sticker owner through a virtual number.

Data Security Ensure Privacy

It's important to note that during this entire process, your phone number remains confidential, thanks to the "call masking" feature provided by the app. This ensures your number is not exposed to the other party.
