How to use SOS Feature
Here are the steps to use the SOS Feature in the Nek Insan mobile app
Select SOS from Footer Menu
Open the Nek Insan app and tap on the SOS button from the footer menu.
Choose Your SOS Mode
Select from three available options: Audio, Video, or Call for your emergency alert.
Record or Create Your Message
Depending on the chosen option, record your audio/video or place a direct SOS call.
Message Sent with Live Location
Your SOS message is instantly sent to saved emergency contacts along with your live location and callback option.
Family Can View Location & Send Help
Your family members can view your exact location on the map and arrange necessary help like ambulance, police, or other emergency services.
