Get started quickly by launching the Nek Insan App and using the Scan to Call feature. This lets you instantly connect with the person linked to a QR sticker placed on a vehicle or helmet.

After selecting "Emergency" or "Wrong Parking", you'll be prompted to document the situation. You can either take a quick photo or record a short video using your device's back camera.

Once the call from the scanner is disconnected, a popup immediately appears on their device showing emergency helpline numbers like Police, Ambulance, Fire Department, and NHAI. At the same time, the sticker owner and their emergency contacts receive the photo/video along with the time and GPS location of the incident. A "Call Back" button is provided to reconnect with the scanner if needed.
