How It Works

1. The Setup: When you purchase the sticker pack, you register your mobile number, vehicle details, and emergency contacts via the NekInsan App.

2. Peel & Paste: You affix the unique QR sticker onto a highly visible spot on your car, such as the front or rear windshield.

3. The Scan: If your car is blocking someone’s driveway, is parked in a "No Parking" zone, or gets into an accident, anyone can scan the sticker using a standard smartphone camera, Google Lens, or digital wallet scanners (like Paytm/GPay). The person scanning does not need to download any app.

Key Features & Benefits

• Masked Communication (Privacy First): You don't have to leave your phone number on a scrap of paper on your dashboard. When someone scans the QR code to call or message you, the system uses a virtual number to route the call. Neither party can see the other’s real phone number.

• Wrong Parking Alerts: If someone hits the "Wrong Parking" option on the scanned landing page, they can quickly type a message or snap a photo/video of the obstruction. You will receive an instant notification, media proof, and a siren alert on your phone so you can move your vehicle before it gets towed or scratched.

• Emergency & Accident Support: If your vehicle is involved in a serious situation, a bystander can select "Emergency." The system instantly alerts your pre-registered family members with a siren alert (even if their phones are locked), pinpointing your live location and sharing any media captured by the bystander.

• Offline Backup (IVR Support): If the person trying to contact you doesn't have an active internet connection or is using a basic feature phone, every sticker includes a helpline number with a unique extension code. They can dial it to connect to you securely.
